Do you accept returns?
No returns are necessary. If there’s an issue with your order, just request a refund within 21 days of the delivery date and we’ll take care of it. You can request a refund directly from your account page or by sending us a message through our Contact Form.
How do I request a refund?
You have two easy options:

What if my shirt arrives damaged or not as expected?
We want you to love what you receive. If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, or if anything feels off, just let us know. We’ll make it right—no stress, no runaround.
How long does it take to get a refund?
- Refund requests are reviewed within 24 to 48 business hours
- Approved refunds are processed within another 24 to 48 business hours
- Refunds are returned to your original form of payment
Do I have to ship the item back?
Nope. We trust your word and your experience. No returns are required unless we specifically request one for quality review—which is rare.

Messages received after hours or on weekends will be answered the next business day.
Can I exchange my shirt for a different size or design?
At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order once it’s processed.

Pricing & Taxes
Why was sales tax added to my order?
We recently began collecting sales tax in accordance with state law. If your shipping address is in a state where we’re now required to collect tax, you may see a small additional charge at checkout. This change typically happens when our store reaches a certain number of sales in that state, which triggers a legal threshold for collecting tax.
If you weren’t charged tax on a previous order but see it now, it’s because we recently crossed that threshold and are now required to collect it. The amount is calculated based on your location and is passed directly to your state—we don’t keep any portion of it. Our product pricing hasn’t changed, and we’re committed to being transparent about what you’re paying for.
Shipping
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 12 to 14 business days from the date of purchase to receive your order. This timeline includes production and shipping time.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
We do not offer international shipping or express/overnight shipping at this time.
Is shipping free?
Yes—standard shipping is free on all orders.
Will I get tracking information?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery all the way to your door.
Sizing & Fit
What kind of t-shirts do you use?
All of our t-shirts are Bella Canvas 3001 unisex, true to size, very soft and pre-shrunk. They have a slim, flattering fit—not boxy, not oversized.
How should I choose my size?
Your ideal size depends on the look you’re going for:
- For a classic, true-to-size fit, order your regular size.
- For a more fitted, tucked-in look (perfect under a blazer or jacket), consider sizing down one size.
- For a relaxed or oversized vibe, size up.
Do the shirts shrink in the wash?
Nope. Our tees are pre-shrunk and won’t shrink after washing.
